Message	[ http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/300zx/1995/ha.pdf ] I use 7 ounces of ester oil when I do a retrofit, and a little under 2 cans of 12 ounce R-134a The spec is 6.8 ounces of oil, and 1.32 lbs +/- .10 lbs of R-134a. You may need slightly less than the spec for freon, depending on if you have upgraded the condensor
